The venue can accommodate up to 450 guests for cocktail-style seated events. Our standard booking is comprehensive and includes tables, chairs, linens, décor, cutting-edge AV equipment (like the LED dance floor, LED screen, and Bose Sound System), a Spark Machine, Low Fog Dry Ice Machine, and access to our two private rooms for the wedding party.
Yes, we offer both! You can choose from our in-house catering services, which provide both buffet and table service options. Alternatively, clients are absolutely welcome to bring outside catering to suit specific culinary needs or cultural preferences. We also provide comprehensive beverage packages and full bar service.
Our pricing is based on a per-person rate, which starts from $120 per person for in-house catering packages. A separate venue hire fee applies only if the minimum spend for in-house catering is not met. You can choose between our Basic and Premium packages to fit your budget and scope.
The venue is available for a generous 6 hours per event (day or night). Additionally, we provide 4 hours of complimentary bump-in (setup) time, provided there is no prior event scheduled that day.
Yes, we happily collaborate with external vendors to ensure your event is perfect. The only requirement is that all external vendors (such as DJs, florists, etc.) must be pre-registered with Grandeur Clyde and hold the necessary liability insurance.
